Do I need a new fuse board for an electric shower?
Only if the present board cannot take a dedicated shower circuit of the right rating. A consumer unit upgrade is a separate job from £650.
Can you fit the shower I have already bought?
Yes, if it is a standard domestic electric shower and the cable and water feed match its rating. Bring the make and kW figure when you book.
Will you do the plumbing as well?
We connect the cold feed at the shower inlet. Moving pipes, a new tray or a mixer valve is plumber work and is not in this price.
Do I get a certificate?
A minor works certificate is from £95 when the circuit has been altered. Like for like replacement on a circuit that has not been altered is confirmed on the day.
