Yes. You order the standard or high performance kit directly from Starlink. Once the package arrives at your home in Basingstoke or the surrounding areas, use Book Now to arrange installation.
Where on the building will the dish be mounted?
We inspect your property to choose an elevated position with a clear view of the sky, typically a high gable wall, chimney or sound fascia board, keeping cable runs short and discreet.
Does the Starlink router need a dedicated power socket?
The router plugs into a standard 230V mains socket. If your preferred indoor location does not have a nearby socket, we can install a new socket outlet during the same visit.
Can cabling be run into a garden room or workshop?
Yes. We can mount the dish on the main house or directly on an outbuilding, running the cable through existing ducts or along external walls to reach your workspace.
What happens if there are tall trees near the building?
We check line of sight before securing the bracket. If trees block the signal, we can use extended brackets or select a different elevation to clear obstructions.
